Oregano essential oil
Two main ingredients, carvacrol and thymol, give this oil its antioxidant properties. Oregano oil has similar effects to anti-inflammatory drugs (relieves pain and inflammation and is almost as potent as morphine). It is not recommended during pregnancy and for people with iron deficiency.

Used for:

- Skin burns and other problems (herpes, fungal infections, rashes, abscesses, not in open wounds).
- Indigestion: A drop of oil in a glass of water.
- Dental plaque, gum disease, caries, toothache.
- Flu and sore throats: Up to three drops in a glass of water or natural orange juice.
- Treatment of lung and respiratory problems (asthma, bronchitis and cough).
